Evervinum at Granada Gourmet 2018

Evervinum visited the booming Granada Gourmet Show at the Palace of Congress. We could meet old friends and talk with them about the local wine field and the future. María was invited to introduce Irving wines in a tasting workshop organized by Pilsa Educa.

Evervinum visitó el pujante salón Granada Gourmet en el Palacio de Granada. Pudimos encontrarnos con viejos amigos y hablar con ellos acerca de los vinos de la provincia y de su futuro. María estaba invitada a presentar los vinos Irving en un taller de cata organizado por Pilsa Educa. 

After the workshop a special lunch took place: several renowned restaurants and the wineries with presence in the Show offered a complete gastronomic experience. Among the wineries from Granada: Señorío de Nevada, Fontedei, Muñana and Fernández- Herrero itself.

María introduced the Irving wine served during the meal on behalf of the owner, Rafael Fernández. Afterwards she shared the table with the rest of the representatives of the wineries. Awesome menu based on fish, seafood and tropical fruits. The wines: Aixa, the new rosé from Fontedei as well as Zacatín from the same winery. Delirio blanco and Delirio from Muñana. Irving crianza 2014. Alboroto, a sparkling from Carayol y Castellar and, as a novelty, a rosé from Señorío de Nevada, still in process.

María presentó el vino Irving servido durante la comida en representación del propietario, Rafael Fernández. Después, compartió mesa con el resto de representantes de las bodegas. Extraordinario menú que tenía como base el pescado, el marisco y los frutos tropicales. Los vinos: Aixa, el nuevo rosado de Fontedei además de Zacatín de la misma bodega. Delirio blanco y tinto de Muñana. Irving crianza 2014. Alboroto, un espumoso de Carayol y Castellar y, como primicia, un rosado de Señorío de Nevada todavía en proceso de elaboración.
