Extraordinarily thin bubble, very well integrated that envelops the mouth. Aromas of ripe quince, almonds and sugar coated fruits like orange.

Burbuja finísima y muy bien integrada que envuelve la boca. Aromas sobre todo a membrillo maduro, a almendras y frutas escarchadas como la naranja. 

Perfect acidity that brings scent of bergamot and other more greedy like marzipan and fine pastries. A cava for closing one's eyes and imagine we walk along the streets of Paris and enjoy the aromas of the recently opened patisseries and its recently made brioches while at dawn we tread on the leaves on the sidewalks, wet due to the first rain (this cava remind me of exactly that, the smell that comes to my nose when the rain wet the autumn leaves).

Perfecta acidez que trae aromas a bergamota y otros más golosos como mazapán y bollería fina. Un cava para cerrar los ojos e imaginar que paseamos por las calles de París y disfrutamos de los aromas de las recién abiertas pattiseries y sus brioches mientras al amanecer pisamos en las aceras las hojas de estas primeras lluvias (este cava me recordó exactamente a eso, al aroma que llega a la nariz cuando la lluvia moja las hojas de otoño).
